The Latest Updates About Our Temporary COVID19 Closure.

I appreciate your patience since our last communication. THANK YOU for the overwhelming support of our members who have chosen to help us during this time. We have been honoring all refund requests, cancel requests, and freeze requests since we have been closed. We will continue to honor all requests submitted through the links at the bottom of the email.
It seems that our re-opening date is still uncertain. For now, we are operating under the assumption that we will remain closed beyond the Governor’s May 4th reopen date, for how much longer we do not know. As a result, we will be stopping all automatic billing effective Thursday, April 23, 2020 (if you had previously requested a $5 freeze, these charges will continue as requested- Thank You!).
I look forward to sending you more regular updates over the upcoming weeks with our plans for re-opening safely and effectively. We are working on our roadmap now, and I am excited to share them with you.
