Delicious Protein Ice Cream Minus the Bad Stuff
This is such a great and refreshing recipe that uses all-natural ingredients. It’s much better to make your own ice cream treats than to buy them, that way you will know what’s going into it.
Feel free to mix it up and replace the lime juice with another one of your favorite fruit juices. Let’s get started with this yummy recipe!
Ingredients:
Popsicle molds or ice cube trays
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or your favorite type of nut milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1½ limes, juiced
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (choose a natural one with clean ingredients)
Blend all ingredients together, then pour into popsicle mold or ice cube trays with popsicle sticks. Freeze for about 12 hours, then enjoy!
