Corn on the cob is a healthy grilling choice. Corn provides fiber, folate, Vitamin C, magnesium and more to keep your digestive and immune system chugging along. Slathered with a glaze of your choice this tasty side can take center stage at your summertime barbecue celebrations (what’s good, Memorial Day weekend).

Grilling Corn is Easy to Do. You Just Have to Know a Few Basic Things:

1. Pull husks of corn cobs down to the base to expose cobs
2. Take silks off cobs
3. Pull husks back over cobs
4. Soak cobs in cold salted water for about 10 minutes
5. Grill cobs, occasionally turning until kernels are tender. This should take 20-25 minutes.

You can stop right there and eat the corn. Tasty and simple!
